1. Our Products and Services
Old’s Cooler offers retro BMX-inspired apparel, lifestyle accessories, and home decor (such as custom rugs). Please note that we do not sell bicycle parts, frames, or mechanical components. All product descriptions, images, and pricing are subject to change at any time without notice.
2. Custom and Bespoke Orders
We offer custom-made products (including custom rugs and apparel) designed tocoordinate with the style and colors of your vintage BMX collection.
Accuracy of Information: When placing a custom order, you are responsible for providing accurate details, color specifications, and design requests.
Final Sale on Custom Items: Because custom and bespoke products are made to order based on your unique specifications, all sales of custom items are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on custom products unless the item arrives damaged or there is a clear manufacturing defect on our part.
3. Pricing, Payments, and Sales Tax
All prices on our website are listed in USD (United States Dollar).
Sales Tax: Purchases will be subject to applicable state and local sales taxes, which will be calculated and added to your total at checkout.
Pricing: We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time.
Payments: We accept payment through the secure payment methods listed at checkout.
4. Shipping and Delivery
Standard Products: Orders for in-stock apparel and accessories are typically processed within 1-3 business days.
Custom Products: Custom orders require additional production time. Estimated production and shipping timelines will be communicated to you upon order confirmation.
Shipping Issues: While we make every effort to deliver your products on time, Old’s Cooler is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carrier issues, customs clearance, or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.
5. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
Our refund and return policy is disclosed as follows:
Non-Custom Products: For standard, non-custom items, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was sent in error or arrived damaged.
Custom Products: As stated in Section 2, custom-ordered goods are exempt from standard return policies under Minnesota Statutes § 325F.80 and are non-refundable.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALL PRODUCTS AND SERVICES PROVIDED BY OLD’S COOLER ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
7. Limitation of Liability
Old’s Cooler shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website or the purchase and use of our products. Our maximum liability to you for any product purchased through our site is limited to the purchase price of that product.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Hennepin County, Minnesota.
